DPD - Next Day Delivery
- Next Working Day delivery (Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands is two-day delivery)
- Same day dispatch (Order by Midday, Monday - Friday. Does not include Saturday delivery)
- Orders placed after 3pm will be added to the following day’s delivery schedule.
*Once your order has left our warehouse, delivery time will depend on your carrier. DPD is posting daily service updates. You can view the DPD one here.

The DPD Pickup service offers a convenient and secure pickup location. When your order is delivered to your chosen DPD Pickup location, you will receive an email with a Pickup Pass letting you know your order is ready to collect. Please bring your Pickup Pass when you go to the Pickup Point as you will need to show this at the location to collect your order. Orders are held for 7 days before the order is sent back to Goodhood if they are not collected within that time. Please note, non-pickup of your parcel does not constitute an item return. If you wish to return your order, you must pickup your parcel and then follow our standard returns process.
*Please note, during Sale time you may experience shipping delays.
*Mainland UK addresses only. Free delivery cannot be offered to orders over 20kg (including packaging).
Normal Warehouse Operating Hours
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)
Any orders that are placed over the weekend or on Bank Holidays, will be processed the next working day.
FREE SHIPPING
From time to time we offer free shipping offers. To be kept up to date and find out when these offers are valid please sign up to our mailing list here. Returned items that have been subject to a free shipping offer and are being returned for a monetary refund not exchanged goods or a credit note will have our delivery cost deducted from the amount refunded. Please be aware of our shipping costs.
Your order will be processed once we have received your payment in full. Next working day delivery is FREE for orders over £40 (including GST and all applicable promotional discounts). If any ordered product is out of stock, you will be notified by email/phone. A refund or credit will be generated against your account. We will aim to courier your order to you within the following timeframes:
All orders require a physical address and must be received by the intended recipient who placed the order. Our Courier Drivers might required to verify that the recipient of our products is over 18 years of age
