How does Autoship work?
After your first order, each subsequent order is automatically charged to your payment card and shipped at your selected interval. You can manage products, quantities, dates and plan settings through your account.
Which delivery frequencies can I choose?
The current plan builder offers delivery every 2, 4 or 6 weeks. Available options shown when you build or edit your plan apply.
Can I pause, change or cancel my plan?
Sign in and open “My Autoship” to check or change the plan, or contact customer support. At least two subscription orders must be completed before cancellation. A fee or discount adjustment may apply when cancelling during a promotion.
When will my first delivery arrive?
The first Autoship delivery normally arrives on the next working day after payment when the order is placed before 3pm on a working day. Later deliveries follow the selected subscription interval.
Can I return unopened pods?
Contact the team through live chat or support@relxvape.co.uk. You may need to return the package, and all products must remain unopened. The current refund policy applies.
How does the free engraving offer work?
A free engraving service worth £10 may be available with your first subscription order when that order includes a device. Contact customer service promptly after ordering to confirm the engraving details and current eligibility.
