After your first order, each subsequent order will be automatically charged to your credit card and shipped at the interval you selected.
You can visit your account at any time to adjust your order dates, or change your pods quantities, flavors. You can also pause your autoship plan or change your order interval.
There are two ways to change your autoship plan:
Log in to your account and find ‘My Autoship’, and then you can check, change, or cancel your order.*
Or, you can find our customer service via live chat or email@example.com, and they will help you.
*A fee may apply if you cancel during a promotion.
The order confirmation will be sent after the payment is created. The shipping confirmation will be sent after the shipment of goods.

Normally, the first autoship delivery will arrive in 3-7 business days after the date of payment. Thereafter, your subsequent deliveries will arrive at the interval you selected.
You can contact our customer service via live chat or firstname.lastname@example.org for a refund. You may need to return the package to us to proceed with the refund, and please make sure all products are not opened.
