Can I combine the monthly offer with Autoship or Value in Volume?

Do not assume that separate offers can be combined. Unless the campaign or checkout explicitly confirms otherwise, monthly discounts, Autoship savings and Value in Volume pricing apply independently.

Is Autoship a one-off purchase?

No. Autoship creates recurring orders at the frequency selected in the plan builder. At least two subscription orders must be completed before cancellation; the latest plan and promotion terms apply.

How often can Autoship deliver?

The current plan builder offers 2, 4 or 6-week delivery frequencies. Available products, discounts and schedule options shown when you build or edit the plan apply.

Which Value in Volume tier should I choose?

Choose 40 pods for the smallest volume commitment, 80 for a lower per-pod price, or 600 for the highest published saving. Infinity and Creator use separate builders, and selected flavour availability applies.

How do I know whether the monthly offer is still live?

Check the campaign end date, eligible selection and basket price on this page and at checkout. A campaign may end early if stock runs out or its published terms allow it.

What should I do if the saving is not shown at checkout?

Do not complete payment. Recheck eligible products, quantities and campaign dates, then contact support or live chat with a screenshot of the basket.

How do I claim the 20% UVT Store first-order offer?

Visit the UVT Store and add UVT customer service before placing the order. Tell the team that you are an existing RELX UK customer who has moved outside the UK and provide the details requested to verify your previous order. Can I use the UVT Store offer for delivery within the UK?

No. RELX UK remains the shopping route for customers receiving orders in the United Kingdom. UVT Store is the international route and does not ship to UK delivery addresses.
