Email supportWhy can I not see a payment method at checkout?
Payment options can vary by basket, order type, device, location and provider eligibility. If a method is not shown in your live checkout, choose another displayed method. Some payment methods may not support recurring or subscription orders.
My payment was declined. What should I do?
Check the billing details, available funds and any bank or app authentication request. Do not repeatedly submit the payment. Contact your provider first, then try another available method if necessary.
Why does my payment or order show as pending?
A provider may still be processing or verifying the payment. Wait for the confirmation email before placing the same order again. If no update arrives, contact support with your name, order number if generated, payment method and payment time.
How will a refund be paid?
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Processing time then depends on the payment provider or bank. For Klarna orders, review the purchase in the Klarna app and follow its return instructions where applicable. See our Refund Policy.
When is my order confirmed?
Your order is confirmed when checkout completes and an order-confirmation page or email is generated. A bank or app notification alone does not replace the store confirmation. Keep any payment reference until confirmation arrives.
Can support take my card or bank details manually?
No. Do not send card numbers, CVV codes, banking passwords, PINs, one-time codes or Klarna credentials to customer service. Use only the secure options presented at checkout.
What currency will I be charged in?
The final checkout total and currency shown before payment are authoritative. If your card or account uses another currency, your provider may apply its own exchange rate or fee.
