By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or over, that the information you provide is accurate and that you are not buying on behalf of anyone under 18. We may request reasonable evidence of age, refuse an order or cancel a transaction where we cannot verify eligibility or suspect an unlawful proxy purchase.

3. Product Information and Responsible Use
Nicotine is a highly addictive substance. Our products are intended for adult smokers or existing adult nicotine users and are not recommended for non-smokers. Product information on the website is general information and is not medical advice. Follow all instructions and warnings supplied with the product and seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional where appropriate.
We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours and packaging may vary slightly by screen, manufacturing batch or lawful packaging update. Any material substitute will be supplied only with your agreement.

4. Placing an Order and Contract Formation
Your order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not mean that we have accepted the order. A contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly accept it earlier. We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing or description error, suspected fraud, failed age checks, payment failure, delivery restrictions or legal compliance. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, we will refund it.

5. Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges and any optional service charges are shown before you place the order. You must use a payment method you are authorised to use. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you for instructions or cancel and refund the order before dispatch.

6. Availability and Order Limits
All orders are subject to availability. We may apply reasonable quantity limits, particularly for limited editions, regulated products, scarce stock or promotional items. We do not guarantee that an item shown online will remain available until checkout is completed.

7. United Kingdom Sales Only
www.relxvape.co.uk accepts delivery orders only for eligible United Kingdom destinations. Customers outside the United Kingdom should use www.uvtstore.com and will be subject to that store's separate terms, prices, delivery rules, taxes and import requirements.

8. Delivery
Delivery services, prices, estimates, cut-off times and restrictions are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed date. Your statutory rights are not affected if goods are late, lost or damaged in transit.

9. Returns, Refunds and Warranty
Our Return and Refund Policy explains the 14-day change-of-mind right, product exclusions, faulty goods remedies and our two-year limited device warranty. Those policies are in addition to, and do not replace, statutory consumer rights.

10. Autoship and Other Purchase Options
Autoship orders renew and charge automatically at the selected 2, 4 or 6-week interval. The plan includes a minimum commitment of two completed subscription orders, including the first order, subject always to statutory cancellation rights. 11. Promotions, Discounts and Loyalty Benefits
Promotions, discount codes, gifts, price matching, loyalty benefits and limited offers may have additional terms, eligibility criteria, expiry dates, quantity limits and exclusions. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be exchanged for cash or combined. We may withdraw, limit or amend an offer before an order is accepted where necessary to correct an error, prevent abuse or comply with law. Nothing in these terms requires us to provide a gift or discount where doing so would be unlawful.

12. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content at scale, interfere with security, submit false information, impersonate another person, make fraudulent claims, or use the store for unlawful resale or supply to minors.

13. Intellectual Property
Website content, design, text, graphics, photographs and software are owned by or licensed to Retail Technology Ltd or the relevant rights holder. RELX and other product names and marks belong to their respective owners. You may use the website for personal shopping only and may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission.

14. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

15. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect, keep you informed where appropriate and provide any remedy required by law.

16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms for future use of the website or future orders. The terms in force when your order is accepted will normally apply to that order. We will not retrospectively remove rights already agreed.

17. Governing Law and Courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
